  Worst experience ever. I ordered merchandise online and went through the entire process. Aarons had no problem asking for my billing information however Aarons left out so much as far as obtaining the merchandise itself. Only after submitting the order did Aarons let me know that the merchandise wouldn't be available until 5-7 business days (CONVENIENTLY AFTER CHARGING MY CARD). Once the merchandise was delivered to the store, I was told I was denied due to information that came back to them THAT THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME ABOUT. Here is the craziest and most frustrating part. If you are denied the merchandise, they don't refund you... YOU HAVE TO TAKE TIME OUT OF YOUR SCHEDULE TO GO TO THE STORE TO HAVE AN ASSOCIATE SWIPE YOUR CARD TO PROCESS TO REFUND EVEN THOUGH YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO THAT RETAIL STORE TO HAVE AARONS CHARGE YOU. AARONS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. NEVER AGAIN. Lawsuit is being considered.
